Playing and saving progress

Your active round, choices, confidence, written notes and recent practice history are saved in your browser using localStorage. The deeper practice, information cases, connected episodes and shared challenge also save progress locally. Bookmarks, seen-case records and first recorded attempts stay in this browser. Playing does not automatically send your answers to an analytics database.

Progress is specific to this browser and device. Private browsing, clearing site data, or a content update can remove or reset it. Shared-device users may be able to see saved notes. You can delete local progress by clearing site data for play.mmkretail.com in your browser.

Downloading your round

The download is created in your browser. You do not need to provide an email address, and requesting a download does not send your notes to MMK Retail.

Sharing a challenge

A challenge link can identify the case without including your answer. If you explicitly choose to include your choice and note, they are placed in the link fragment. Anyone you give that link to can read them. The game waits until the recipient makes a choice before displaying the shared answer, but the link itself is not encrypted or confidential. The fragment is not sent to our hosting server in the page request.

Creating a link does not send a message or publish your note. You decide where to share it. Do not include confidential client information in a shared link.

Requesting email

Only when you request an emailed round, your email address, case choices, selected facts, confidence and written notes are sent to our server. The server checks the choices against the case bank and uses Resend to deliver your report. A copy goes to hello@mmkretail.com for delivery and quality review.

The request does not add you to a mailing list. Avoid including confidential client information in notes that you choose to email.

Services used by this site

• Netlify hosts the site and operates the email endpoint. Hosting requests may generate operational logs, including network and browser information.
• Resend processes the address and report when you request email.
• Google Fonts provides the site's typefaces. Your browser contacts Google when loading those fonts.

This version does not automatically send game records to Supabase. It does not use an AI service to grade your written reasoning.

Questions or deletion requests

Email hello@mmkretail.com about information you have sent us, or to request its deletion. Browser-only progress must be cleared on your device.
